when you live in a desert and it becomes 110++ degrees of dry heat outside, it is a must to live in the water all summer.
my favorite aquatic adobes to cool myself off:

1. My backyard swimming pool of all places. i could not survive this place without a pool.

2. the lake.
who does not enjoy the lake? like really. especially when it's spent with the best of friends, family, boating, extreme tubing, wakeboarding, sunshine, cliff jumping, food. & swimming of course.

 3. the one and only skimboarding park. aka the river.
it's not really a park. but it sure is as fun as one. or more. it even includes a waterfall, lil fish, and baby geysers. skimming has become one of our favorite hobbies this summer, especially when we do it penguin style.

i love this beautiful place. i love the sunshine. & i love summertime.
