Chicawwgo.

Chicago is wonderful, but a very busy place.
It's very beautiful.
most of the apartments downtown are pretty and unique. with ivy growing up the walls.
I always thought of downtown Chicago as a dirty place. but where we stayed it wasn't at all. It was all kept pretty clean. except for when the winds and rain came in.
Speaking of weather, it was beautiful! Sunny humid skies. except for the random rain storm.
We spent our day at the beach. I would of never guessed that there was a beach just about a mile away from downtown.
Lake Michigan was freezing but kept you cool from the humid air.
Let's just say it was packed full of people. everywhere.
It was a blast. :)

Archie and Jaxon became pretty tight buds. how cute.

a lot of us relaxing. since it was really cold, most of the time we would just sit there and the water would cool us off.

cute buddies. Daily beach routine: Get all sandy. wash off and cool off. get warm and get sandy again. and again....

We could of stayed here the whole time!

haha Jeriah finally got Whitney in.

haha Brigham hard at work? or in deep thought? haha I love his facial expressions.
We love the Threlfalls!! We had such a blast with them. It was so good to see them again.

yeah, this is how they build such great sand castle waterways. They have so many strong muscular boys to do the work.
The Barben Crew.
After a day at the beach, we are heading on the subway for some ball park action.

We watched the White Sox Vs. Angels game. It was awesome. It was my first time at a real MLB game. The field was incredible, a lot more interesting live. Right when we got there, we saw 3 home runs. all made by the White Sox. We must of been their lucky charm. The stadium was packed full with people. I think it had to do with half price day. hahaha

and the firework show at the end of the game. Which was awesome.
The White Sox won!!
Me: "Brigham what was your favorite part of the game?"
Brigham: "Baseball....No actually football."
haha I didn't know that we were watching a football game also.
" If they are called the White Sox, why are they wearing black socks?"
